free games are good
I received the first part of a prize I won through Microsoft...I couldn't attend the 360 launch, but what I cared about were the games and the system. Here are the games, I thought I would just get a plain little UPS box with them inside, but lo and behold, they came in a very nifty metal cd travel case...color is kind of tacky, but I still love the case.
In summary,
(3 games+Xbox Live Gold+funky metal case)x $0.00 cost = happy gamer
and I'll be happier still when the system arrives sometime this week or next...

Hey man, I won the contest but i wasn't 18 so i couldn't get the prize or anything. The still have my picture on the front page of the website and I made a big fuss about it saying that if i didn't get a console and that if they didn't take my picture off the site that i was going to "sue" them. I gave up trying to get it because i thought they already sent the consoles. They still haven't sent your s? Do u think i have a chance of getting it? the lady from Marden Kane said that she would see what she could do. thanks man, i still have hope! i tried telling them that i didn't care about stupid Zero Hour and that i won the contest fair and sqaure and that all i wanted was the console, but they wouldn't listen. oh well. i'll have to check my mail . . .
I actually have not gotten my system yet...turns out UPS "lost it in transit" according to Microsoft and "misplaced it at a facility" according to UPS... at any rate, I'll be getting it enventually :) and today I got my Zero Hour face plate...nice
